Young people today — leaders of transit agencies tomorrow!

Nearly twenty students from select South Los Angeles and Inglewood high schools visited Metro headquarters today as part of Young Leaders in Government and Inglewood Chamber of Commerce Youth Job Shadow Program. The students got the grand tour and learned about Metro’s projects, programs and careers. They were able to see first-hand how government impacts their communities and they received advice on what it takes to get in to transportation planning.
