Metro’s Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and Construction Careers Policy (CCP) Symposium will host a symposium to explore the impact of the nation’s first Federal Transit Administration approved Project Labor Agreement/Construction Careers Policy with a targeted hiring goals on Thursday, Feb. 12. The symposium sessions will engage administrators, stakeholders, contractors, trade unions and job coordinators to discuss achievements, challenges and the path forward.
