The TAP network continues to grow with its newest addition on Monday, the Monterey Park Spirit Bus.
Instead of handling cash and tokens, now riders can tap their valid TAP card on the validator when boarding. TAP officials say they will continue to add local bus systems in Los Angeles County to TAP in order to provide a seamless, regional transportation system.
Riders can purchase EZ transit passes and Stored Value online at taptogo.net, by phone at 866.TAPTOGO (866.827.8646), at one of nearly 400 TAP vendor locations or from TAP vending machines at Metro Rail and Metro Orange Line Stations.
Current TAP partners include: Antelope Valley Transit Authority, Culver City, Foothill, Gardena, Long Beach, Los Angeles Department of Transportation, Montebello, Norwalk, PV Transit, Pasadena ARTS, Santa Clarita and Torrance (line 4 only). Metrolink has its own TAP enabled tickets.

What about the Glendale Beeline?
Hi Alex;
I’ll try to find out what’s happening with the Beeline?

Alex:
TAP staff says that the Beeline will begin accepting TAP next year although they don’t have a firm date yet. A short list of transit agencies soon to be on TAP is here at the bottom of the page: http://taptogo.net/whoacceptstap.php?hmm=wat
