Crenshaw Boulevard will be open to the traveling public this Black Friday, Nov. 28. Crews will take a break from the complex decking activities at Crenshaw/Exposition to ensure that shoppers have full access to the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw mall and the many unique shops and stores along Crenshaw Boulevard.
