We can’t get TAP cards loaded monthly, but Downtown L.A. gets music???
Los Angeles needs more folks to try mass transit, but… WHY so few MTA Service Centers to upload TAP cards correctly monthly? NONE on Westside, the most congested area? I have to travel from La Cienega/Pico area to Vermont, virtually Downtown! & no, RALPHS Grocery Store does not reliably load the TAP cards & affix EZ stickers. Sticker Mail delivery is too iffy for a LOT of us. HELP!!!

Try emailing CustomerRelations@metro.net or calling 213.922.6235 with details and ask for a response in regards to the customer service centers. Hopefully they will have some solutions that may help your situation.

All of those issues will be solved simply by updating the website and making it a lot more easier to use. And we’re still waiting for it as promised last year.
