In case you missed it: last Friday, August 29, the Miguel Delgado Dance Foundation staged the first-ever Southern California Mexican Folklorico Flash Mob at Los Angeles Union Station. More than 75 Mexican folk dancers from across the city of Los Angeles and Orange County convened in the waiting room and performed Miguel Delgado’s choreography of El Torito Jarocho, a style of dance and music from the south of Mexico.

The event is just one of many heralding the upcoming Latino Heritage Month.
