The FIGat7th Concert Series rolls on with The Internet with BJ the Chicago Kid. This free concert and street festival takes place at FIGat7th, starting at 7 p.m. (Metro Red/Purple or Blue/Expo Line to 7th/Metro Center Station)

Saturday

Head to National Dance Day at Grand Park! Join hundreds of fellow dancers in grooving to your heart’s content. You can learn the routines here, and don’t forget to pick up a free pair of ‘peace’ sunglasses!  The event is free to the public. Dancing starts at 10 a.m. (Metro Red/Purple Line to Civic Center/Grand Park Station)

The WALL farmers’ market takes place this Saturday–and every Saturday thereafter–from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It’s free to the public, so bring the whole family and explore! Show your valid TAP card at The WALL Information Booth and receive free entrance to The Original LA Flower Market and a free rose while supplies last. ( Metro Red/Purple Line to Pershing Square Station and walk towards 7th and Wall Street, or Metro Bus 68 to 6th/Los Angeles. Free bike valet also available)

Check out the Super Duper Yard Sale happening at  HM157 in Lincoln Heights. Here’s your chance to own a piece of history! There will be some neat items with starting prices of just $1. The yard sale is free to attend and takes place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Metro Bus 45 to Broadway/Eastlake. Please board bus with Lincoln Heights headsign)
