But the tagger has a point; It is common for railroads and airlines to never use 12:00 in their schedules, always 11:59 or 12:01 just to be clear if using the 12-hour clock and its AM and PM notation. Perhaps Metro ought to consider adding this practice to its style-manual, if it indeed has one? Confirming the time using the 24-hour clock would also help recent arrivals to the Anglo-American time notation nomenclature understand what is being communicated.
