UPDATE 1:57 p.m. The Blue Line is resuming normal service after new overhead wire was installed and power was restored between PCH Station and Downtown Long Beach. Bus shuttles between Willow Station and Downtown Long Beach have been cancelled. Metro thanks those affected for their patience.
