This weekend, feast on the best of Italian cuisine at the Italian Feast of San Gennaro. Besides food, there will be live music, performances, rides, games and more. The event spans Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. all three days and will take place on Hawthorne Avenue between Highland Avenue and Orange Drive. Go Metro and save $1 on admission. Friday and Saturday, check out the West Coast Expo at the L.A. Convention Center. The free expo takes place from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday. Go Metro and save up to 50% to the Lights, Camera, Runway! Fashion Show and to the “Back to School: Back to Business” Step Show. EarthFest LA is back in town to talk about greener, healthier living on Saturday. The event takes place at West Los Angeles College in Culver City from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Kids activities and Environmental Expo are free to attend, but tickets are required for the concerts. Show your TAP card at the EarthFest LA info booth and receive a free CD by one of the featured artists. (Metro Rapid 733 to Jefferson/Overland, transfer to Culver City Bus 3)

Seems like Chinatown is getting a lot of screen time lately – catch it on the big screen again, this time at the Natural History Museum’s Garland Amphitheatre. The event starts at 6 p.m. on Friday and is free to the public, but space is limited. Can’t RSVP? Visit Becoming L.A. instead – but  if you’re heading out for the exhibit only, you’ll need to pay admission. However, Metro can help you save $1.25. (Metro Expo Line to Expo Park/USC)

Tea lovers unite at the L.A. International Tea Festival! The event takes place at the Japanese American National Museum this Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. General admission is $15. (Metro Gold Line to Little Tokyo/Arts District Station)
