The Los Angeles Dodgers have been heating up summer with a hot streak, winning 26 of 32 games, sending them from last place in the West to first place. Needless to say, they are killing it this season. Instead of watching them beat another team from your T.V., experience the game live at Chavez Ravine with the help of Metro.

Fans can save up to $20 on tickets to select Dodger games with a valid TAP card. The exclusive discount is part of Metro’s Destination Discounts program. Go Metro to participating locations and events and you’ll save on admission, get discounts on meals, and receive free gifts.

This summer’s select games are the following:

  1. Even after the 20th inning? Fortunately no Dodger games have gone that late recently but a lot of agencies have “curfews” on how late they leave – such as the Angel train which departs no later than 11:30 pm. Of course you could walk down the hill to catch a 24 hour Sunset Bl. bus but it is nice to have the option of the Dodger Express.

    • Hey Calwatch,

Good question, and I think that’s a bridge Metro will cross when/if it happens.

  2. My question would be. When it comes to Friday evening games which include the after game fireworks show, it typically can be anywhere from 30-45 mins after game end. Let alone walking about 10-20 mins to exiting towards shuttles. Is there a guarantee, the Dodger Stadium Express buses stay as late on fridays, or is there always a set time?

    • Hi Alex,

Yes, the last bus leaves 45 minutes after fireworks so you’ll definitely get back to Union Station.
