Hopefully some grinding will happen to eliminate bumps and dips. The video’s audio indicates roughness of pavement and dips are seen in the picture bumps. As a new project you just might ask WHY.

All of the years I drove NB-170 to NB-5 and I had to exit at Sheldon so I did not have to battle 4 lanes of traffic to get to the WB-118. This is a late, but welcome change.
