Bradley’s tweet reminded me of a discussion from a months-ago Twitter Tuesday on whether or not you need to TAP to transfer between purple and red lines. There’s no place to do it at Wilshire/Vermont (except at street level, way up at the top of those looooong escalators) so I’d assume no. It was something that was going to be clarified, but I don’t think it ever was (or I missed it).

I recall that question and I think it was clarified to the effect that you don’t have to tap between Red and Purple. Which makes sense. I’ll ask around and double check — supposed to meet TAP folks again soon.
