  1. why does mta have route that are so long? Why from Hollywood/Vine and Wilshire Center. Isn’t that crazy? They should tie in with SoBay transit buses.

  2. Hello Ms. Chen,
Can you expound concerning the topic of this workshop? What type of things will be discussed and/or what sort of input will Metro be seeking from the public?

    • Hi Tynyetta,

The workshop will discuss options on how to improve current bus service on Metro lines 210 and 710, such as possible routes changes, possible stop relocation and bus frequency. Metro welcomes any comments or suggestions you have for these two lines that may improve the transit experience. You can email your comments if you are unable to attend:

  3. Let’s see. Torrance transit line 10 duplicates lines 210 and 710. There should be new sunday service on line 710. Line 740 should be realigned on La Brea and be renumber to line 712. Line 200 should be realigned to serve the 37th Street/USC Silver Line station as its southern terminus. Extend line 210 further south to the Del Amo Mall along with line 710.

    • Hi Victor,

Thanks for your input! I’ll pass your comments along, and if you have any more please email to, I’m sure they would appreciate more details.

    • Hi Atheistically,

For this workshop the South Bay Service Council chose Crenshaw Blvd to evaluate, and Lines 210 and 710 are the major bus lines serving that corridor. Public comments and recommendations for other Metro bus lines in the area will be accepted as well.
