I was trying to “Go Metro” with a friend. We both have TAP cards. He tried to replenish is TAP card on the website and it won’t recognize his number, even though it’s a valid card. Customer service is closed so now we have to go back to dollars and quarters. Why is something that should be so easy such an ordeal? Why is the website such a buggy mess? This is why people don’t use public transportation!
