Golden State Freeway (I-5)
From 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Traffic restrictions on north and southbound 4th Street on and off-ramps

Hollywood Freeway (US 101)
From 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Full closure of north and southbound 4th Street on and off-ramps
Full closure of northbound Spring Street off-ramp
Traffic restrictions on southbound Broadway off-ramp

Harbor Freeway (SR-110)
From 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Full closure of north and southbound 9th Street on and off-ramps
Full closure of southbound SR-110 Adams Boulevard off-ramp
