Update: Carmageddon II Closure

LOS ANGELES (Fri., Sept. 28, 2012, 9:30 p.m.) – The Interstate 405 Freeway (I-405) Unified
Command announced that the following ramp closures are now in effect:

• All On Ramps Northbound of the I-405 Freeway between I-10 and U.S. 101 are closed.

• All On Ramps Southbound of the I-405 Freeway except Sunset Blvd. and South of Sunset Blvd. are closed.

• Eastbound I-10 Santa Monica Freeway to Northbound I-405 connector is closed.

The traffic flow in the area is lite and there are no reports of incidents and/or congestion at this time. Full closure of the freeway system is scheduled to take place at 12 midnight.
