In my role as chief Metro blogger, I see an awful lot of escalator photos — and Metro certainly has some big ones — and most of them aren’t very interesting. But every so often I come across one on Flickr that’s pretty good, such as this one from Budapest, taken in 2007. Nice lines and use of the flat but bright light.
