Nice to see my before-and-after tweets: Before, I complained about the payment system on the FlyAway and having missed buses and trains in the past (this was as I was leaving on my trip on Thursday); After (returning from my trip on Monday), I got to the Gold Line platform JUST as a Gold Line train was pulling away, forcing me to wait 17 minutes for the next one (with the super-friendly Metro employee on the platform!)… I wouldn’t have missed that train if the payment system was more streamlined… and it’s frustrating because it seems to happen EVERY TIME I take the FlyAway plus the Gold Line.
