A little something different today — this birds-eye view of the runways at Vancouver’s airport. How did the photographer get this shot? He was riding in a commuter helicopter that on this day was routed over the airport. The photo was taken with a Canon Powershot and converted to black and white. Good work and great composition — lots of interesting angles and things to look at in the foreground and background.

Ah, the power of black and white.
