  1. I really do think that Metro should produce a partnership with Zipcar. It would make up for the gaps that people are talking about while Measure R projects are being built (i.e. Zipcars in the Southbay Green Line stations so people can use the Green line to get to the beach). Zipcar is another alternative, so along with the biking expansion, Metro can become a true hub of alternative transportation in which people can customize their commute with. Whether they commute require; bus, rail, bike, car, or all.
