There’s tons of great discounts available for Metro riders this weekend as well, so make sure to flash your TAP card and Destination Discount events. Here’s a sample itinerary: tonight, head downtown for Charles Phoenix and his Los Angelesland show at Grand Performances. Tomorrow hit up the Leimert Park Village Book Fair and then take the Red Line up to NoHo for the Rockin’ Food Truck Fest – Metro riders get a free poster at the book fair and save $1 at the food truck event. On Sunday hop on the Gold Line and head over to East L.A. for the L.A. 1. Lots of great information! I noticed it was posted on 6/24. In the future can you post the info maybe by Wednesday? That way people can plan there weekend in advance. Again, thanks for the info!

    • Thanks for catching that dead link Poppy. Fixed!

Also, I had the incorrect Destination Discount for the book fair – it’s not $1 off admission (the event is free). Metro riders receive a free limited edition poster when they show their TAP cards.
