Lines 2/302, 4, 016/316, 20, 028, 704, 720, 728, 761

Due to anticipated road closures during afternoon/evening on Thursday, April 21 and early morning Friday, April 22, Metro will experience potential delays and detours to bus service throughout the Westside region (various locations in Century City, Beverly Hills, West LA, Westwood & Brentwood).  This will impact specifically, but not limited to, Lines 2, 4, 16, 20, 28, 302, 316, 704, 720, 728 & 761 during any given period between early afternoon and late evening on Thursday and Lines 4 & 704 early morning on Friday. Metro will make every effort to operate service on regular routing when possible as street restrictions are lifted.  However, passengers are urged to allow extra travel time due to street closures and traffic congestion.

Please see below for additional information on potential bus detours.  These detours are subject to change without notice depending on street restrictions. Temporary signage will be posted at impacted locations where possible to direct passengers to proper boarding locations. Stay up to date on latest detour info via Twitter @metroLAalerts and use Nextrip for real time bus arrival information.  Please note that Nextrip may make predictions for stops not being served due to street closures.

Lines 2 & 302

• Intermittent service on Sunset Bl in Brentwood between Church Ln & Bundy Dr

• Intermittent service on Santa Monica Bl between West LA (Sepulveda Bl) & Beverly Hills (Canon Dr)

Lines 16 & 316

• Intermittent service west of Cedars Sinai/Beverly Center (San Vicente Bl)

Lines 20 & 720 Short Line to Westwood (See below for Line 720 detour to Santa Monica)

• Intermittent service west of Beverly Hills (Beverly Dr)

Lines 28 & 728

• Intermittent service west of Century Park East
• Century City passengers should board at Olympic & Century Park East

Lines 4-Evening, 704 & 720 to/from Santa Monica (See above for Short Lines 4, 704 to West LA & Line 720 to Westwood)

• Intermittent service between West LA (Bundy Dr) & Beverly Hills (Beverly Dr)
• Board buses on Olympic Bl between Bundy Dr & Beverly Dr

Line 761

• Intermittent service south of UCLA (Le Conte Av)
• Westwood passengers should board at Le Conte Av & Westwood Bl

Advisories for Blue Line, Red Line, Lines 460, 550, Silver Line, Lines 38,105, 439, 705, Lines 2, 233, 761, and Line 35/335 after the jump.

Blue Line

After 8:15pm, Blue Line trains run every 30 minutes due to construction work for the future Expo Line. Please see schedule here.

Dates: today only.

Red Line

Due to track maintenance work after 8:30pm, trains from North Hollywood will depart 5 minutes later than regular schedule. Inbound trains to Union Station will depart North Hollywood at 8:59pm, 9:19pm, 9:39pm, and every 20 minutes until 12:39am, and then 12:54am. Times are approximate and subject to minor work related delays.

During this time, trains in both directions will share the inbound track at Hollywood/Highland & Hollywood/Vine Stations. Please check train destination signs and announcements before boarding.

Lines 460, 550, Silver Line

Due to ExpressLanes road work, I-110 Harbor Transitway will be CLOSED from 10pm thru 5am. This will impact late night service on Lines 460, 550 & Silver Line. Buses will be subject to delays throughout each night due to local traffic detours. Detours are weather permitting and subject to change.

During this time, 37th St/USC, Slauson, Manchester, Harbor Fwy, and Rosecrans stations will NOT be served on freeway platforms. All buses will detour via Figueroa St. between 182nd St (Artesia Transit Center) and Adams Blvd. Express zones will NOT be charged. Regular local fares apply while on detour.

• Northbound/Inbound towards Downtown LA or El Monte
  Board buses on northbound Figueroa at the following intersecting streets: Rosecrans, Green Line Ped Xing, Imperial Hwy, Manchester, Slauson, and 37th St-Exposition.

• Southbound/Outbound towards Artesia Transit Center or Disneyland
  Board buses on southbound Figueroa at the following intersecting streets: Exposition-37th St, Slauson, Manchester, Imperial Hwy, Green Line Ped Xing, and Rosecrans.

Patrons may consider using late night Line 81 Figueroa service during these times as an additional option for travel to/from Downtown LA and nearby Transitway stations.

Lines 38, 105, 439 & 705

Due to Expo Line construction the listed lines will be on detour between La Cienega Blvd. & Jefferson Blvd.

• Line 38
  Eastbound Regular route to Fairfax Ave. and Apple St., then continue via Fairfax Ave. to (L) Adams Blvd., (R) La Brea Ave., (L) Jefferson Blvd. and regular route.
  Westbound: Regular route to Jefferson Blvd. and Vineyard Ave., then continue via Jefferson Blvd. to (R) La Brea Ave., (L) Adams Blvd., (R) Fairfax Ave. and regular route.

• Lines 105 & 705
  Northbound/Westbound: Regular route to Rodeo Rd. and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., then continue via Rodeo Rd.  to (R) La Brea Ave., (L) Adams Blvd., (R) Fairfax Ave. and regular route.
  Southbound/Eastbound: Regular route to Fairfax Ave. and Apple St., then continue via Fairfax Ave. to (L) Adams Blvd., (R) La Brea Ave., (L) Rodeo Rd. and regular route.

• Line 439
  Northbound: Regular route to La Cienega Blvd. and Slauson Ave., then continue via La Cienega Blvd. to (R) Rodeo Rd., (L) La Brea Ave., (L) Adams Blvd., (R) Fairfax Ave. and regular route.
  Southbound: Regular route to Fairfax Ave. and Apple St., then continue via Fairfax Ave. to (L) Adams Blvd., (R) La Brea Ave., (R) Rodeo Rd., (L) La Cienega Blvd. and regular route.

Dates: through Monday, April 25.

Lines 2, 233 & 761

Due to I-405 Sepulveda Pass Improvement Project the listed lines will be on detour between Gunston Dr. & Thurston Ave.

• Line 2
  Eastbound: Regular route to Sunset Blvd. and Barrington Ave., then continue via Sunset Blvd. to (L) Church Lane, (R) Sepulveda Blvd., (L) Sepulveda Way, (L) Sunset Blvd.,  (R) Veteran Ave., (L) Gayley Ave. and regular route.
  Westbound: Regular route to Le Conte Ave. and Gayley Ave., then continue via Gayley Ave. to (R) Veteran Ave., (L) Sunset Blvd., (R) Sepulveda Way, (R) Sepulveda Blvd.,  (L) Church Lane and regular route.

• Line 2 Short-Line Turnaround – CHURCH LANE & SUNSET BL (Select Late Night Trips Denoted by Footnotes C or F)
  Westbound: Regular route to Le Conte Ave. and Gayley Ave., then continue via Gayley Ave. to (R) Veteran Ave., (L) Sunset Blvd., (R) Sepulveda Way, (R) Sepulveda Blvd.,  (R) Moraga Dr. to Temporary Layover after right turn.
  Eastbound: Depart Temporary Layover via Moraga Dr. to (R) Bellagio Rd. (Veer to the right) then (R) Ovada Pl., (L) Sepulveda Blvd., (L) Sepulveda Way, (L) Sunset Blvd., (R) Veteran Ave., (L) Gayley Ave. and regular route.

• Line 233 & 761
  Southbound: Regular route to Sepulveda Blvd. and Church Lane, then continue via Sepulveda Blvd. to (L) Sepulveda Way, (L) Sunset Blvd. and regular route.
  Northbound: Regular route to Sunset Blvd. and Thurston Ave., then continue via Sunset Blvd. to (R) Sepulveda Way, (R) Sepulveda Blvd. to Church Lane and regular route.

Dates: 10pm-6am, through Monday, April 25.

Lines 35/335

Due to street construction the listed lines will be on detour between Washington Blvd. & Broadway.

Westbound Only: Regular route to Washington Blvd. and Olive St., then continue via Washington Blvd. to (L) Grand Ave., (R) 23^rd St., (R) Figueroa St., (L) Washington Blvd. and regular route.

Dates: Weekdays 9pm-4am, through May 13.

Lines 212/312, 217, 222, 780

Due to movie premiere the listed lines will be on detour between between Highland Ave. & Orange Dr.

• Line 212
  Northbound Only: Regular route to La Brea Ave. and Fountain Ave., then continue via La Brea Ave. to (R) Sunset Blvd., (L) Highland Ave., (R) Hollywood Blvd. and regular route.

• Lines  212 (Rte) 312 (Shortline turn-around loop in Hollywood)
  Northbound: Regular route to La Brea Ave. and Sunset Blvd., then continue via La Brea Ave. to (R) Hawthorn Ave., (R) Orange Dr. to layover nearside at Sunset Blvd.
  Southbound: Depart via Orange Dr. to (R) Sunset Blvd., (L) La Brea Ave. and regular route.

• Line 217
  Northbound Only: Regular route to Hollywood Blvd. and Fuller Ave., then continue via Hollywood Blvd. to (R) La Brea Ave., (L) Sunset Blvd., (L) Highland Ave., (R) Hollywood Blvd. and regular route.

• Line 222
