With Metro announcing its purchase of Union Station, I thought the timing was right to post this colorful photo of the Red/Purple Line subway station at Union. I like how the colors are very crisp but the photo also conveys the movement that comes along with a bustling transit stop.

People who take photographs on public transportation networks, including Metro Rail, run the risk of being harassed and intimidated by security or police, up to and including detainment.
