Well it’s not from Twitter but . . .
A Blue Line train broke down heading south this afternoon. With no AC the temp went up pretty fast. The windows couldn’t be opened because they had things in them to keep them shut. People eventually pulled the emergency door release which set off an annoying alarm. Some people just got out of the train and stepped into Washington Blvd., others waited for the promised evacuation.
I couldn’t imagine a better way to piss off your customers.
