Destination Discounts Last Minute Pick: Free magazine at The Renegade Craft Fair

The Renegade Craft Fair looks like a cool, Metro accessible way to kill some time a nab some cool stuff this weekend – including a free issue of Juxtapoz Arts + Culture Magazine when you show your valid Metro pass, Metro rail ticket or TAP card.

What’s it all about? Here’s what the fair’s website says:

Always FREE-TO-ATTEND – our craft, art, design and DIY spectacular will feature over 250 of today’s finest indie-craft talents from all over the nation, free workshops, entertainment + other features!

The fair takes place on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 7pm at the Los Angeles Historic State Park – steps away from the Gold Line Chinatown Station.

So it’s free, has cool indie products, a great outdoor location and is Metro accessible? Plus a free magazine for Metro riders? Sounds like my kind of event.
