Video: Two Metro bus operators honored for their roles in saving a kidnapped girl

This great video, fresh from the office of L.A. County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas, shows two Metro bus operators being honored by Supervisors Mark Ridley-Thomas and Don Knabe for their role in helping rescue a young girl from a kidnapper on February 22nd of this year.

In the video, Metro bus operators Cardell Stewart and Helen Brandon relive their experiences from that day – the stories reveal that their familiarity with their passengers, awareness of their surroundings and quick thinking all led to the quick rescue of the kidnapped girl.
