• Metro Bus Lines 200 and 550 will be detoured to nearby thruways.
• Also, Metro Bus Line 910, the Silver Line, will use the 37th St. station.
• Signs are being posted at bus stops.

Some Metro bus lines will be detoured due to anticipated street closures in the area near USC, where President Obama is expected to visit the California Science Center this afternoon.

Metro Bus Line 81 traveling on Figueroa between Exposition and Martin Luther King Blvd. will be detoured to Broadway.

Metro Bus Lines 40, 42 and 740 traveling on Martin Luther King Blvd. between Hoover and Broadway will be detoured to Vernon Ave.

The detours are expected to take place from approximately 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. tonight due to the street closures of both Figueroa and Martin Luther King Blvd.
