Tis the season and this year employees with Walsh/Shea Corridor Constructors are involved in building relationships with the community, as they build the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project. Volunteers from the construction team yesterday helped distribute thousands of Thanksgiving turkeys to low-income residents living in the Crenshaw District, as well as near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Main Street. The events took place at Jackson Limousine Service Inc., 3669 W. Slauson Boulevard, near the Crenshaw/LAX construction corridor, and at PV JOBS, 4112 S. Main St. The Thanksgiving turkey dinner programs are funded by donations from organizations throughout Los Angeles. Happy Thanksgiving!
