That’s the old Ivy stop — i.e. Culver City — circa 1905. The new Expo Line station is a little larger.

    Good question. I’m not sure of the answer but I don’t believe it’s the same structure — although it could be in the same area. The substation is a substantial building — this looks like a shack!

  3. That “shack” is a passenger shelter; a predecessor to the glass and aluminum shelters that exist now. There would have been bench seats inside and was open to the tracks. (Nice photo)
