It’s too bad he’s listening to his mp3 player while cycling. As a cyclist, it really upsets me to see other cyclists not abiding by the law. It makes it harder for the rest of us.
I saw this guy and his friends yesterday at wilshire and western – they don’t always have the ear plugs in.
Also possible that it’s only one side in, and he just has it in to take phone calls.
