Celebrate July 4 with free summer music all over town … and be green while you’re at it

Toss those iPods aside and leave your car keys at home. When you go Metro this summer, you’ll discover that Southern California is loaded with great live music that’s absolutely free.

From Pasadena’s Levitt Pavilion (steps from the Metro Gold Line Memorial Park Station) to Warner Park in the San Fernando Valley (Metro Orange Line Warner Center Station) to the L.A. County Museum of Art (Metro Rapid 720 or Local 20), there’s world-class music and lots of it is accessible the green way, via Metro. The video above tells the story.
