Gold Line now running on single track

The Gold Line is now carrying passengers again on a single track between Highland Park and Southwest Museum stations. Expect delays until regular service is restored.

At about 1:15 p.m. an umbrella from a neighboring residence blew onto city power lines above train tracks, creating a potentially dangrous situation for the trains below. Metro officials and DWP are currently working to restore train service and power.
